About this property

Welcome to Cataline Motor Inn

Cataline Motor Inn is a modest 3.6-star motel situated in Fraser Lake, BC, offering a practical base for travelers seeking straightforward accommodation. The property combines motel and hotel elements in an older but well-maintained building, reflecting a simple style that prioritizes functionality over luxury. Stayed here last week, I was a bit hesitant at first with the reviews but my stay was pleasant. I can't come up with anything to complain about. Came here with a family, had booked multiple room. All of the room were clean, the restaurant next door had the best indian food I have ever had. Overall I would stay here again.

Location is great. One of the only places to stay in town. The rooms definitely show their age but are clean. However, I don't have a fitted sheet on my bed, just a flat sheet and then blankets and a pillow

Although this Motel doesn’t offer the same 5 star hotel experience like in Vancouver, it was very clean and cozy, with very friendly and kind staff. It’s an older building, but well maintained and provides most of your basic needs. Bed, WiFi, towels, soap, fridge, table, TV, ice, microwave. If you forget toothpaste etc, there are a few near by stores across the street. I recommend a trip to Fields, it’s a fun stop. Also, the hotel restaurant is delicious. I had the lamb curry and tandoori chicken and they were both great! Lastly, there is a really great park for kids just behind the motel. I would absolutely love staying here again in the future.

Currently staying here. Second time staying here. Like others have stated. Dated but very clean and the staff are very friendly. Very nice owner's. I would stay here again for sure. Negative comments are unfounded. Don't visit northern BC small towns if you're an entitled brat. . The restaurant has good food and good prices

I needed to book a room for a young family member during a journey from Nelson to Terrace. From the first interaction on the phone to the stay, it was top notch. The kindness, and care put my mind at ease! She had a wonderful, comfortable night. Clean room with everything she needed. Thank you!

Definitely not the Ritz, BUT if you want a great shower (outstanding water pressure and hot temps), plus friendly people, this is the place to stop! We were able to get gas, go to the grocery store and then walked over to the Fraser Pub for a cold beer - all within walking distance. Can't thank you enough for shelter tonight!

Fast wifi, comfy bed, clean room, that's really all I need. The food at Tony's is very good and well priced. The service is great, the front desk lady is very sweet. I recommend the poutine and the cheesecake.
